1. Scope
These terms apply to self-collection orders placed through this website.
2. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products is not a binding offer. By submitting and paying for your order you make a binding offer. The contract comes into effect with our confirmation, which you receive immediately after payment on the order page and by email.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT. Payment is made online using the methods offered.
4. Collection
Your order is made ready for collection at the time you chose. Pickup times are estimates; at busy moments there may be short deviations.
5. Right of withdrawal
For the supply of food and drink that can spoil quickly there is no right of withdrawal under § 312g(2)(2) of the German Civil Code. As long as preparation has not started, we are happy to cancel on request.
6. Allergens
Information on allergens and ingredients is available on request in the shop. If you have any intolerance, please talk to us before ordering.
