We process personal data only as far as it is needed to handle your pickup order.
Controller
The operator named in the imprint is responsible for the data processing on this website.
What we collect
For an order: your name, email address and optionally your phone number, plus the contents of your order, the pickup time you chose and the payment status. Without these we cannot process the order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. Card details are processed by Stripe alone and never reach our servers. Stripe’s own privacy notice applies in addition.
Retention
We keep order data for as long as commercial and tax law requires, then delete it.
Cookies and local storage
We use no advertising or analytics cookies. Your cart and language choice live in your browser’s local storage and never leave your device.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
